DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently only ship within the Continental USA (48 States).

SHIPPING METHOD AND TIMEFRAME:

  • Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days.
  • Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground if shipped within the continental 48 states.
  • Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays are non-business days.

This map is not concrete. Meaning, it may take longer to process than what is intended or due to shipping delays (such as holidays).

We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. Packages of high value are shipped signature required unless otherwise requested.

SHIPPING FEE:

  • $199 shipping fee –  all locations within the continental 48 states.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Order processing time is between 1-2 business days and our delivery time varies based on the shipping warehouse and your shipping address.

Orders (Status: On Hold) need to be checked and processed after confirmation.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for a 10% restocking fee.

TRACKING PACKAGES:

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

DELIVERY TIME:

The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the time the order is placed.

SHIPPING OF EBIKES

Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.

Due to shipping carrier regulations around high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we cannot ship ebikes, or ebike batteries, outside of the 48 continental United States.
